My name is Dustin Cleveland. Designer, technician, and artist, I maintain and operate DC Web Design Services. My web design talents are completely self-taught, along with my skills in photo editing, manipulation, and restoration. I have received two awards in web design competition, placing within the top five in Missouri both times. I enjoy a challenge and often display this trait in my work. I set personal goals to exeed customer expectations, as well as create beautifully constructed and dynamic web pages.
